Countess Of Wessex
Sophie, Countess of Wessex was born Sophie Rhys-Jones in 1965. The wife of Prince Edward, Earl of Wessex, Sophie started out in PR and worked for Capital Radio before setting up her own public relations agency, RJH Public Relations, which she ran with her business partner, Murray Harkin. She met Prince Edward and the couple got engaged in January 1999. They married in June of the same year at at Windsor Castle - making the do a less grand affair than the nuptials of Edward's older siblings, which were formal events held at Westminster Abbey or St Paul's Cathedral.
