From marching to #MeToo, 2017 was the year that women said enough was enough.
Here at Marie Claire, we're declaring 2018 to be the year of WomanKind, in which we’ll be celebrating the collective power of women to create, to inspire, to challenge and to change the world.
This initiative marks our 30th birthday, and we'll be bringing you a year of ideas, articles, campaigns and events from the most amazing and impressive women in the world.
At the heart of WomanKind is caring: caring about each other and the world we live in.
We want to support women and girls around the globe, while at the same time thinking about how we individually choose to use the resources of our planet.
We want to speak and be listened to, without being told to shut up or be trolled for daring to have opinions.
