Marie Claire teams up with The Rainbow Trust for a star-studded celebration of fashion
In aid of children's charity The Rainbow Trust, Marie Claire has teamed up with my-wardrobe.com and Storm Models for a two day fashion extravaganza, promising celebrities, top models and the ultimate shopping experience. Interested? Read on...
Taking place at London's One Mayfair, Trust in Fashion is a star-studded event of fashionable fundraising. On the evening of 29th June, there'll be a VIP catwalk show co-hosted by Sadie Frost and our editor, Trish Halpin with Storm models taking to the catwalk in the latest AW11 collections from online retail site my-wardrobe.
And if that wasn't enough to get your fashion pulses racing, there'll also be an A-list auction with donations from fashion greats including Manolo Blahnik, Stella McCartney and Christian Louboutin.
What's more, Reiss have also donated a certain sell-out royal engagement dress! Yes, you could win Kate Middleton's famous white dress as pictured below. It's a chance to snap up a piece of fashion history with all proceeds going towards The Rainbow Trust - to support the families of children with terminal illnesses.
One day two of Trust in Fashion, there'll be a sample sale crammed full of purse-pleasing designer finds (think Chanel and Alexander McQueen) and top model scouts keeping an eye out for the next Kate Moss, there'll also be a pop-up nail salon, celeb DJ's and a cocktail bar to keep shoppers well watered.
Tickets start from £50 for the catwalk show (going up to £175 for VVIP with dinner) and £8 for pre-11am entry to the sample sale (and first access to the best pieces!). Visit www.trustinfashion.org for more information.
