This month we launched our #ShareTheLight campaign, which is all about giving girls around the world access to education. We've designed an exclusive candle in partnership with L'Occitane, which at a cost of £8, will help fund education for girls in countries such as Cambodia and Burkina Faso.
Unbelievably, in 2016 less than a third of all children who attend school are girls. Yet education is crucial for lifting girls out of poverty and protecting them from abuse. Educated girls are less likely to marry and have children while still a child themselves, and are more likely to be literate, healthy, and survive into adulthood. Essentially, they have a better chance at a future.
Since our campaign launched on September 1st, celebrities and influencers have taken to Twitter and Instagram to #ShareTheLight.
Buy your candle here and share this on social media to help us get more girls into education around the world. These guys have...
