Victoria Beckham has opened up about coping with stress
2019 has undoubtedly been a huge year for Victoria Beckham, and from her LFW shows to her skincare line, she has made non-stop viral news.
Basically – she’s career goals to the max.
But even VB isn’t immune to stress, with the former Spice Girl opening up this week about feeling overwhelmed.
The stress in question that she was referring to however wasn’t about work, being a hands-on mother of four or the recent news that she is axing her VB YouTube channel.
Instead, the source of the stress was about packing for her holiday - something that has the ability to tip anyone over the edge.
‘So I am trying to pack for a trip and I was just wondering does packing really, really stress anyone else out?’ Victoria asked followers in a post on her Instagram stories of her mid-holiday prep. ‘Look at the state of this room!’
Just hours later, Victoria added another post to give an update on the packing situation.

'Okay, I am nearly there, almost packed,' she told her viewers in the hilarious second instalment. 'It's taken me such a long time. It's always good to have a few options even if you are only going for a couple of days.'
