The monthly meet ups offer members support and encouragement from friendly, like-minded women, help them stay focussed, and decided on practical steps to take between meetings.

You can run your own MTLTS groups, or attend meetings held by others, and they can be set up locally, in the workplace, or even by those of who fancy having a go from their living rooms.
