Our thoughts are with the Duke of Sussex
Prince Harry has had a difficult few weeks, with the Duke and Duchess of Sussex finding themselves in the middle of a full-on media storm after the recent private jet controversy.
Yes, the royal couple has received a tirade of online abuse, with media outlets and members of the public calling out their ‘eco lifestyle’ as hypocritical given how many private jets they have used this month. Not to mention, Prince Harry's wife Meghan Markle has endured a lot of online criticism, reportedly announcing recently that she was 'discouraged' by the 'high standard' people were expecting of her.
Prince Harry made headlines once more this week however for a different reason as it was revealed that he had received some deeply upsetting personal news.
It has been reported that a friend of the Prince has died, with Jules Roberts, 37, being Harry’s South Pole charity trek friend, training him up for the tough expedition.
Jules is reported to have passed away on 5 August, with Prince Harry sending a private note to the funeral after he was notified and according to The Mirror, he also sent flowers to Jules’ wife Francesca and their two-year-old daughter.
Our thoughts are with Jules’ loved ones a this difficult time.
