A new survey reveals the majority of men prefer their partner to wear make-up
Most of us feel better when we've put on a bit of slap, and contrary to popular belief it turns out that 73 per cent of men prefer their partner to wear make-up at all times.
The survey by beauty retailer Escentual.com found that 21 per cent of men only like it when their partner wears make-up at special occasions and only six per cent of men prefer the bare-faced look.
Emma, beauty editor from Escentual says: 'It doesn’t surprise me that men prefer their partners with make-up on, there’s nothing more sexy than a confident woman, and make-up – even if just a bit of mascara or cover-up – can make a woman feel so much more empowered'.
Gwen Stefani recently revealed in an interview that her husband Gavin Rossdale prefers her when she has lipstick on.
In contrast, TOWIE's Arg has told his new girlfriend Gemma Collins to lay off the foundation.
What do you think? Does your partner prefer it when you wear make-up, or is the natural look better? Let us know in the comments box below.
