She's basically an inspiration

Five-year old Ainsley has won the internet after her dance teacher posted a picture of her dressed up in a hot dog costume. The dance studio was having a 'princess day' where students were allowed to come to class in costume.

Most of the dancers opted for classic Disney, but one girl decided that rather than Belle or Ariel, she'd like to come as a delicious snack. Her teacher, Grason Lamontagne, posted a picture of her awesome costume online, and the internet was instantly obsessed. And that's how #HotDogPrincess was born.

Ainsley's dance teacher weighed in on why she shared the picture, saying, 'The whole next week I couldn’t stop telling everyone about it and they couldn’t stop talking about how precious it was and how it made their whole week.'

It was Ainsley's comfort with standing out from the crowd which really inspired Grason. 'I wanted to share the pictures first of all because it was so innocent and cute, and also because I was so impressed with how confident a little girl could be with herself to just wear whatever she liked the best. Her parents and I agree that it’s a great message for young girls and they are, as I can imagine, very proud of Ainsley.'
