Kate Middleton's private secretary has unexpectedly resigned

Meghan Markle has made non-stop news this year, confronted by a constant stream of online abuse since becoming a royal.
The bullying covered all aspects of the Duchess' life, from her heritage to her family, with the Duke and Duchess of Sussex even pressing charges this year.
One of the most talked-about aspects of the rumours has been staffing issues, with a series of the Duchess of Sussex's staff quitting, first her personal assistant, followed by two of her royal aides.
It has been pointed out however that Meghan's sister-in-law, Kate Middleton, was faced with the same drama when she first became a royal, with her reported desire to do her own housework leading to her former head housekeeper and head gardener quitting.
This week, the Duchess of Cambridge's staffing matters made news once again as Hello! Magazine reported that her private secretary, Catherine Quinn, had resigned.
Catherine had been working for Kate Middleton for two years, reportedly earning herself the role of the Duchess' 'right-hand woman' before the unexpected resignation.
It is thought however that Catherine is leaving Kate on 'the best of terms', with the private secretary set to work up until Christmas, while the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge look for a replacement.
