EL James added she might even write it under a fake name
Fifty Shades of Grey author EL James has spoken out about her next book, saying it's not going to be as saucy as her bestseller.
Speaking to MailOnline at a Vanity Fair party, the author revealed she might even publish it under a false name.
James, 48, told journalists: 'I've got so many ideas for my next book. But it will be much less raunchy and I will probably write it under another name and be done with it.'
Her bestselling erotic novel centres around college grad Anastasia Steele, who falls for the charms of S&M loving billionaire Christian Grey. She earned an estimated $9.8m last summer from sales of the trilogy.
The book now looks set to be a Hollywood hit, with Universal Studio bosses saying it could be out as early as summer 2014.
