Miranda Kerr married Snapchat CEO Evan Spiegel earlier this year wearing the dreamiest Grace Kelly-esque Dior wedding dress. But what is the secret to the Victoria's Secret model's successful relationship? It might all be down to, erm, the crystal in her underwear.

The 34-year-old spoke to The Cut about her favourite wellness hacks, and she revealed that she keeps a millennial pink rose quartz crystal in her bra, which supposedly symbolises and encourages love.

'Rose quartz... is my all-time favourite crystal. I really notice the difference when I’m holding it,' Miranda admitted.

'I keep one in my handbag. I have a small heart-shaped one I put in my bra. It’s known to encourage love (like self-love) in your life and open the heart chakra. It’s supposed to have healing and protecting powers.'

Logistically, it sounds pretty uncomfortable - like, how heavy is this crystal? How much extra bra space do you need for this to work? Can it still expel positive vibes when covered in boob sweat?

Luckily, Miranda is on hand to reveal the ins and outs.

'It’s a tiny little one in the shape of a heart. It’s been buffed a little. One day I was carrying it and then, I thought I really should just put it on my bra on my left side, near my heart. And that felt good,' she explains.

'I know it sounds crazy. But I feel as human beings, that we either come from love or fear. If we have something like that little reminder, like rose quartz, to always come from love and not from fear, it’s a much more expansive place to come from.'

Considering that Gwyneth Paltrow advocates vaginal steaming, jade eggs and drinking nothing but goats milk for eight days straight to 'rid her body of parasites', we're going to say popping a crystal in your bra is not the strangest celebrity hack we've ever heard.

Whether or not you believe in the healing power of crystals, if it makes Miranda feel good then that's really all that matters.

Saying that, I'm going to let her have this one and stick to filling my bras with what they're made for.
