West London's new treasure chest for young design talent - and you can snap up pieces online!
You read it here first - West London's hottest new boutique Wolf & Badger is now open. Owned by bag designer Zoe Knight and her husband Samir, the shop showcases new design talent- with an unusual twist.
Each of the 75 designers sold in the shop rents their very own space from as little as £35 a week - ranging from chic white wooden display cabinets to larger 'wardrobe' areas.
They get 90% of the profits from sales of their pieces, given young design talent a leg up in the tricky (and expensive) first stages of launching a fashion brand.
Knight was overwhelmed with applications and put the designers through an X-Factor style selectioon process before choosing the successful labels.
At the launch party last night, we were confronted by a dazzling array of designer loveliness. From Sci-Fi inspired bags by St Martin's grad Carianne Moore to studded leather pieces by more established brand Felder Felder, we didn't know where to look first (and after a few pink gin martinis, we admit, it was even harder)
Like a fashionable art gallery, visiting the store is truly a treat for sore eyes - but if you can't make it down to Ledbury Road, you can snap pieces up online too.
