Backstage at the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show is a wonder to behold. No nail is left unpolished and no hair is left out of place as an army of models pull on those famous pink robes and transform into Angels.
Heading into hair and make-up hours before the event was due to start, we joined the catwalk stars backstage as they prepared to walk in the world's biggest runway show. From the tousled hair, to the luminous skin and smoky eye, to the natural lip and the glowing tan, the hair and make-up team worked tirelessly (and let's face it, these girls are pretty close to perfect already) to create the signature VS look.
But what we were really interested in was what the models themselves put into being a Victoria's Secret Angel. Candice Swanepoel revealed she steps up her fitness routine three weeks before the show and makes sure she only eats healthy food, drinks plenty of water and gets lots of sleep.
