Gossip Girl Taylor Momsen strikes a pose for New Look's spring campaign
A touch of New York's Upper East Side is hitting the British high street this spring, as Gossip Girl's Taylor Momsen debuts as the latest face of New Look.
Following in the footsteps of Girls Aloud Kimberley Walsh and Alexa Chung, Momsen stars in the spring/summer '10 campaign, rocking everything from nautical stripe tops to studded dresses, harem trousers and slouchy tees.
And like her GG alter-ego - Jenny Humphrey - there is a distinct rock chick vibe in the styling, from the aviator shades to the leather jackets and over-the-knee socks.
Maybe we'll even be spotting some New Look fashion picks on the designer-loving GG cast. Taylor loved the collection so much that she left the shoot with bagfuls of clothes. Blair Waldorf in New Look? Now that's something we'd love to see.
