Calling all wannabe models and stylists - head to Core Spirit's new London store for a real-life catwalk experience
The warm up to London Fashion Week is well and truly underway and harnessing this fashion frenzy are fashion label Core Spirit. Having recently opened their London store on New Bond Street, they've also launched the 'Rock the Catwalk' initiative and are inviting all up and coming models, stylists and hairdressers to take part.
From 1st March, you can book yourself an in-store appointment to be glammed up by the resident hair and makeup professionals.
With a store full of luxey leathers and denims to choose from, a self-service catwalk allows models to take both still images and video footage of themselves rocking the catwalk!
With sound effects, branded graphics and special lighting, the high-tech videos will have the effect of a real-life live catwalk show.
Customers can preview the clips before sharing them with friends via various social media channels and participants can use the images to promote their own sites and portfolio.
Core Spirit hope to champion emerging fashionistas and encourage them to use their in-store facilities. The winning videos will receive industry exposure as it will be broadcast through various fashion TV channels and different sites - so it's an amazing opportunity to dress up, have fun - and get noticed.
