America's First Lady chose a sweet polka-dot H&M dress for the occasion - which retails at just £24.99 - tied at the waist with a peach sash belt, and teamed with lemon yellow colour-pop heels.
And perhaps she visits marieclaire.co.uk - we featured the very same frock in one of our shopping round-ups last month.
But in true demure First Lady fashion, her version of the dress was slightly modified form the in-store version to include additional long sleeves, and a slightly wider belt.
In the interview with Matt Lauer, Michelle discussed everything from daughters Malia and Sasha, to the crisis in Egypt, to whether her husband dyes his hair.

'Everybody's got to get dressed in the morning and put on something. I hope people find it nice!'
Last month, Mrs Obama had us seriously impressed when she flew the flag for British fashion, in a spectacular red Alexander McQueen gown.
