Meghan Markle and Prince Harry might not even be engaged yet, but we already have an idea of what her wedding dress will look like, thanks to Princess Diana’s wedding dress designer.
David Emmanuel said at an event in Australia that he would love to design a gown for the actress if there was another royal wedding on the cards, and he’s already got some interesting thoughts on the subject.
Mermaid styles are out of the question, with David saying he’d have to meet her first, ‘It is not only about the body shape. You'd have to meet her first. It is all to do with the personality.”
Obviously, the dress will depend on what type of wedding we’re looking at: ‘If it would be a small quiet, country church that's one look, if it's a cathedral wedding, that's another look, if it's going to be a royal wedding, that's another look.’
Now we’re guessing it’ll be on the grand side of things, but seeing as Prince Harry is a bit of a rebel (what happens in Vegas, ahem, stays in Vegas), you never know.

Finally, expect her wedding dress to be sleek, but not too fitted. ‘I'd make her look really polished and elegant, but I'm not saying a silhouette either,’ he said.
Royal weddings aside, he also had some nifty tips for brides-to-be shopping for their gowns.
First off, don’t bring your whole squad as there’ll be too many opinions, so stick to someone whose taste you trust.
Next, and this is important, always try on dresses within your budget, because if you fall in love with one that you can’t afford, it’ll end in tears.
Finally, look through your closet and see what styles you like, as that’s good benchmark for what wedding dresses will suit you.
