Fashion House founder Emanuel Ungaro has very publicly criticised Lindsay Lohans first Ungaro collection, saying that hes furious
Oh dear, poor Lindsay Lohan. While her debut collection as Artistic Adviser of Ungaro was harshly slammed by most critics, now the brand's original creator has spoken out about it.
And he's been far from complimentary, referring to the latest runway show as ‘a disaster.'
‘I'm furious,' he told press in Lisbon on Monday. ‘But there isn't a thing I can do.'
Emanuel Ungaro founded the fashion house in 1965, but sold it upon retirement in 2005 - meaning that he no longer has involvement with the brand that carries his name and legacy.
Although not directly commenting on Lindsay's involvement, he seemed very keen to distance himself from having anything to do with the label.
‘I have absolutely no link with that house,' he said, before adding that the label was ‘on its way to losing its soul.'
