June is going to be a busy for Lily Allen - it's the month of her wedding to Sam Cooper, plus the 25-year-old singer is set to launch a Lucy in Disguise clothing line with her sister Sarah Allen.
Opened late last year, the brand already has a stand-alone store in Covent Garden. Now the keen fashion-lovers are set to turn designers with a ready-to-wear collection of 18 dresses for pre-Fall. No stranger to design, Lily famously worked with New Look on the Lily Loves capsule collection in 2007.
So what can you expect from the new sister act?
Taking inspiration from vintage fashions, Lucy's dresses are those of 'a time-traveling fashionista who’s inviting you to explore her wardrobe.…It’s a great opportunity to play with the character,' Lily told the press at a preview on Tuesday.
Pieces include Fortnums, a Forties-style rayon crepe tea dress with a lily of the valley print commissioned by the designers. Or if longer lengths are more your thing, check out the Chatsworth, a lawn green high-waisted maxidress embroidered with matte gold sequins, for a glam Seventies look.

But it's not just a collection of day dresses, a real standout for evening is the Capone - a flapper-esque Twenties dress, complete with beaded tulle and sequins.
Available in June, the collection will be sold exclusively at Harvey Nichols in the UK, as well as their at own store and on their website.
