The joint (smooching) faces of Balmain’s SS15 ad campaign, it was no surprise that Kim Kardashian and husband Kanye West stole the spotlight at designer Olivier Rousteing’s latest show for the brand at Paris Fashion Week this afternoon.
These are the moments you need to know about…
1. Kim Kardashian’s New Blonde Hair It’s official: Kimmy’s gone blonde. After hiding her platinum-dyed locks under a beanie on her way to today’s show, she waited until she took her seat on the FROW before letting them loose for the world to see. It’s all about stage management when you’re unveiling a new do to the paps, don’t you know? Momager Kris Jenner joined Kim, Kanye, Solange Knowles and, erm, Lewis Hamilton, in the best seats in the house.
2. The All-Supermodel Line Up Kendall Jenner, Karlie Kloss, Joan Smalls, Alessandra Ambrosio… the list of top models walking the runway was endless. With Brazilian beauty Adriana Lima closing the show, too, it seems one thing’s for sure - designer Olivier Rousteing sure knows how to book ‘em.
3. The Seventies Hits The glam rock trends ruling over SS15 are confirmed to party on for another season. Flares came super-sized and slinky, made from exaggerated accordion pleats, while glittery lurex fringing and psychedelic colour schemes reigned. Olivier’s army is always a fierce girl gang and for AW15 they're dressed to kill.
