Kate Middleton and Prince George wear matching outfits at the Trooping Of The Colour...
She’s back! Well really The Duchess Of Cambridge was looking pretty on point from the moment she walked out of the Lindo Wing with Princess Charlotte. But really, officially, Kate made her first public appearances since giving birth this weekend.
Seizing the opportunity for a little matchy-matchy dressing with Prince George, Kate worked both on and off-duty outfits with ease - these were the kind of style statements you might expect of someone who'd had a full night sleep and time to plan, not someone wrangling two babies under two.

First, she was all done up for the Trooping Of The Colour, celebrating the Queen’s official 89th birthday in a china blue Catherine Walker coat dress and Lock & Co fascinator. Prince George was dressed in the same hue - a frill-trimmed romper and matching shoes that looked almost identical to an ensemble his dad wore for a similar ‘do in the ‘80s. Really, it’s as though they plan these things…
And on Sunday, Kate and George worked summer’s nautical trend for a playdate at the polo with Zara and Mike Tindall. While Princes William and Harry took part in the match, Kate ditched her trusty cream courts in favour of some more comfortable moccasins by Sebago - all tied up with nautical lacing (see, she’s really rather taken with this trend.)
Proving that the classic colour combo of navy and white is always a winner, Kate wore a Me + Em striped jumper with her Topshop maternity Leigh jeans while Prince George frolicked in the grass in an adorable navy and white shorts look by Olivier Baby.
We still can’t get over the fact that Kate was working Jenny Packham with a blow dry and heels just hours after giving birth last month, and now she’s back in full swing giving us ideal weekend wardrobe inspo. What can we say? These are the marks of a true pro...
