Is this the SS15 fashion campaign that’s going to #BreakTheInternet? Justin Bieber and Lara Stone have today been unveiled as the joint faces of Calvin Klein Jeans and Underwear, captured in a series of sexed-up images to rival Kate Moss and Mark Wahlberg’s iconic 1992 snaps.
With supermodel Lara draped over his tattooed torso, Bieber said that his debut fashion campaign marks a fresh start for 2015.
‘Calvin Klein is such an iconic brand and I am excited and honored to become a part of the Calvin Klein brand legacy with this campaign,’ the singer said in a statement. ‘I have been a longtime fan of the brand and have worn their jeans and underwear for a while, so this is kind of a dream come true. This is the beginning of an exciting new year for me, personally and professionally, and being a part of this campaign has been a fantastic opportunity and experience.’
Lara, who is married to David Walliams and gave birth to her first child in just May last year, said; ‘Given my on-going relationship with the house, this shoot reunited me with my Calvin Klein family – and it was really fun working with Justin. We had a great time on set and we had a lot of fun shooting the campaign. I think the shoot really captured the energy of the Calvin Klein brand.’
Shot by Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott, the unlikely pair go topless together and, naturally, there's plenty of groin grabbing too. See all the images in the gallery above and tell us what you think of the collaboration on Twitter @MarieClaireUK.
