Isabel Marant has teamed up with H&M to launch her debut high-street collaboration, it's been announced this morning.
The French designer has created a range influenced by 'Paris chic' which will go on sale in 250 H&M stores and online from 14 November.
The collection features both clothing and accessories for women and teenagers, and – for the very first time – Isabel has created a collection for men.
Isabel tells us: 'I am flattered by this collaboration: H&M works with the best designers and this invitation is an exciting honour. I aim at creating something real, that women want to wear in their everyday lives, with a certain carelessness, which I think is very Parisian: you dress up, but do not pay too much attention and still look sexy.
'The collection is infused with this kind of easiness and attitude. Everything can be mixed following one’s own instincts: my take on fashion is all about personality.'
Isabel Marant launched her career with a jewellery line, before adding knitwear to her collection. She then launched an eponymous collection in 1994. Her celebrity fans include Kate Moss, Jessica Alba, Gwyneth Paltrow and Sienna Miller
