Everything you need to know about Rihanna's White House dress...
In case Stella Jean wasn’t already on your fashion radar, she sure will be now.
The relatively new designer has been thrust into the spotlight thanks to Rihanna’s heavily Instagrammed day out at the White House.
Posing in the Ankara printed shirt dress from the AW14 collection, the Bajan singer shared a number of pictures, all captioned with a ‘Scandal’ related caption.
Celebrity endorsements don’t come much better than that.
But who exactly is Stella Jean?
Well, she’s new. But despite being fresh on the scene, the Italian-Haitian designer has already shown a handful of collections on the Milan runways and gained the support of Armani for her SS14 collection in September.

Special mention must also go to Stella’s mix of bold mannish and feminine silhouettes – from puffball dresses to wide-leg culottes, there’s an eclectic mix that can be mixed and matched or worn separately.
And it’s pretty easy to buy. Rihanna’s dress is currently available at Matches, and other pieces can be picked up at Farfetch and thecorner.com.
