Renowned for stellar designer collaborations and in-turn making adults green with envy, GapKids has gone one step further this season and brought together not only one but two coveted designers for its vibrant holiday collection.
The limited-edition line brings together the talents of both Kate Spade New York and Jack Spade for the first time ever, and also marks the first foray into childrenswear for the husband and wife design duo.
Bringing Kate and Jack Spade's whimsical designs to life in children’s sizes, the undeniably adorable collection is available to buy both in-stores and online.
Taking inspiration from a child’s carefree sense of adventure and excitement, the collection follows a brother and sister imagining their way through a magical journey to their grandmother’s house during the holiday season —from back-of-the-car adventures to festive celebrations and overnight stays away from home.
Full of bright, colourful pieces with playful prints and impeccable cuts, it’s everything you would expect from these iconic brands. Kate Spade's playful, bright aesthetic comes through in the ballet flats adorned with gift bows, candy cane-striped tights and sassy message sweatshirts with metallic text.
While for the boys, there's gingham, camo and googly eyes. Mittens printed with quotation marks, knit hats with antlers and hot dog-printed scarves are among the accessories, while tech accessories feature hamburger motifs and emojis.
