Just days after Lanvin and H&M'S collaboration announcement, comes the news of fashion's latest priceless pairing - Gap and Valentino.
Yes. You heard correctly.
November will see the opening of Gap's Milan flagship, alongside a hot new capsule collection, courtesy of a collaboration with Maria Grazia Chiuri and Pier Pacolo Piccioli, Valentino's creative directors.
Loved by the likes of Jennifer Aniston, Jessica Alba and Anne Hathaway - to name but a few - we can't wait to see how the incredible Valentino designs translate to the mass market.
So what do you get when you mix an American sportswear brand and an Italian luxury fashion house?
The designers say they want to 'bring together the iconic world of Valentino and Gap's fashion essentials by combining luxury with basics' - so we're thinking super-glam feminine separates, and simple sport-luxe frocks...
