This is why Fergie wore that Harry Potter hat at Princess Eugenie's wedding

Let's be honest, despite Princess Eugenie's stunning wedding dress, Sarah Ferguson almost stole the show with her big green hat by Jess Collett.
In fact, quite a few people compared it to the golden snitch from Harry Potter, thanks that big bow, which to be fair, could've been wings.
Not one to ever shy away from controversial subjects, Fergie actually addressed those comments while appearing on Good Morning Britain.
She joked, 'We love the Golden Snitch but I hadn't realised that until afterwards! There's always something I do!'
Laughs aside, the Duchess of York actually revealed that the sentiment behind her choice of headgear was actually quite heartbreaking.
It was a special tribute to her late mother, Susan Barrantes, who she sadly lost in a car accident in Buenos Aires in 1998.
She explained, 'I sort of wanted that Spanish style for mum again, that Argentine look.'

Fergie also carried a vintage Manolo Blahnik bag on the day of the wedding, a bag that her mum wore to hers and Prince Andrew's wedding in 1986.
