She's regularly hit the red carpet wearing Emilio Pucci, so it seems only fitting that the Italian label should create Rita Ora's tour wardrobe.
Pucci's creative director, Peter Dundas, has designed a series of spring/summer 2013 stage costumes for the London-based songstress for her Radioactive tour, which kicked off last night in Manchester and includes dates across the UK.
The Norway-born designer worked closely with the pop star to create a tour wardrobe that 'perfectly echo her unique take on urban glamour'. The looks, which are all reinterpretations of the label's spring/summer 2013 ready-to-wear collection, were specially created to allow the singer 'freedom of movement to execute the various choreographies' of the live shows.
To coincide with the announcement, Pucci has released several sketches of the outfits, which include a camouflage print jumpsuit emblazoned with the 22-year-old's name on the back, a futuristic silver bodysuit with cut-out sections, and an oversized khaki cape and matching military cap. Dundas said of the collaboration: 'I was thrilled to design the costumes for Rita's Radioactive Tour, from the moment I met Rita we've had a great connection and doing something like this together felt like only a natural progression.'
He adds: 'The costumes have impact and flamboyance in a way that feels personal to Rita whilst staying true to the Emilio Pucci aesthetic.'

Ora has long been a fan of Pucci. Back in September, she took to the red carpet at the MTV Music Awards 2012 in LA wearing a bejewelled jumpsuit with a daring sheer mesh panel across the front, while in October, she chose a white halter neck gown custom-made by the label to attend Bergdorf Goodman's 111th anniversary celebrations in New York.
