British supermodel, actress and activist Cara Delevingne has teamed up with Puma on their latest , Do You, a campaign which aims to inspire confidence in women everywhere.
'To DO YOU is to take ownership of yourself and finding the power within that ownership —it’s a very powerful statement,' says Cara. 'It’s about accepting who you are, no matter your faults. DO YOU is about finding your truth and sticking to it. I think it’s so special because it means something different for everyone. It specifically encourages people to be themselves.'
It was inspired by the brand’s creative influencer and 21st-century suffragette Rihanna, who said: 'I dare myself to make things work. I don’t do things for the response or controversy. I just live my life.'
Focused on encouraging women to be bold and courageous, the campaign strongly motivates to 'not take ‘no’ for answer' and tells women to stop compromising on anything from their individuality to their daily routines to their lifestyle.
The documentary follows Delevingne on a journey that inspired the spirit of the collaboration.

The short films feature a journey to a UNHCR refugee camp, poetry with the women of Get Lit, the model being trained in self-defence and sharing the stories by victims of bullying.
'We can use the internet for positive, right, whether it’s blogs to find information, constant research, joining up with each other,' she tells Teen Vogue.
'After modelling for a long time and feeling like the things I was doing — the jobs I was doing — it was always that thing of ‘we’re not saving lives, guys!’ It got to the point after a while of ‘How can we make this something good? How can we actually give back and we're not just taking from people, we're actually spreading a good message about being yourself?’ As soon as I started working with Puma, we came up with the Do You thing.'
As part of the collaboration, Delevingne has designed two pairs of laces for Puma’s basket heart trainer. Her Do You creations are embellished with inspirational quotes such as 'unique' and ‘courage’. The sales support the UNHCR and the laces are available on Puma’s website as well as in Foot Lockers across Europe and the U.S.
And now share your #DoYouStories with the world! We couldn’t agree more the model’s mantra.
