This capsule collection is basically summer in a bag

Packing for a holiday is one of the most exciting yet challenging experiences. Well, in the sartorial world anyway. You want to nail that capsule collection, without going over your baggage allowance: it's simply not practical to pack 10 bags into your carry-on.

So anything that can help with that is a bonus in my eyes, which is why I'm all for the BOYY summer capsule that just landed on MYTHERESA.

If you're not familiar with BOYY, it's an uber-cool international brand founded in Bangkok, which specialises in minimal and timeless bags. The Karl and Bobby bags in particular have been all over Instagram on the arms of influencers and editors.

This particular collection is all about summer and is basically a tribute to the Greek island Hydra, a favourite of the founders of BOYY. The 14-piece capsule reinvents the aforementioned classics with a raffia finish that's ideal for your holiday.

There are also slide-style leather sandals, a bucket hat and a leather fringed scarf, all featuring BOYY’s signature buckle detail. Everything is available in in new summer-faded hues of tangerine, yellow, cream, and light blue, a nod to the shoreline of the island.

Co-founders Jesse Dorsey and Wannasiri Kongman say, 'The idea behind the capsule is the feeling of escaping to timeless places such as Hydra Island in Greece. In our designs, we always look for balance of contrasts such as past and future, crazy and conservative, masculine and feminine.'

You can shop the exclusive collection online now, and you'll also be able to personalise the BOYY Bobby charms from July 9th.
