All Saints dress sparks massive waiting list
A new dress by All Saints has proved a sell-out hit, before even making it into stores.
The parachute dress, new for AW08, has already established a waiting list of over 200 customers, a full month before it is due to hit the shelves.
An amazing statement piece, the dress is constructed from 10 metres of fabric, and takes a whopping 75.5 man-hours to produce. It was initially developed using a parachute, and has now been recreated in vintage-style washed black cotton.
Perhaps the best thing about this innovative style is that it can look unique for each customer. By gathering, tying or twisting the fabric, the wearer is able to create an individual silhouette that could change every time they wear it.
We spotted it at the All Saints press day, and it really does look amazing on. But get your name down fast, as it is unlikely to stick around in stores for long.
