Le Ballroom du Beef Club If you've eaten at the popular Beef Club restaurant, you'll know that when it comes to quality and style, it doesn't disappoint. But if you're looking to bypass a full meal and sip a delicious cocktail instead, then head downstairs to the basement. The ornate ceilings and velvet sofas create a cosy atmosphere that you won't want to leave.
Moonshiner Inspired by the clandestine American speakeasies that popped up during Prohibition, this covert cocktail bar is for insiders only. To get there, walk through the restaurant Pizza Da Vito, go through the metal door of the walk-in refrigerator and try your best to look like you know exactly where you're heading. Whisky fans will love the huge range on offer - but if you're looking for something a bit more complex, try a Smoky Island, one of their signature cocktails served in a retro mason jar.
Little Red Door This cocktail bar doesn't require a password and its location is easily found on Google maps - but it does possess that same underground vibe. You also have to be resourceful enough to figure out that you push the wall to enter instead of opening what appears to be the door. Once inside, you'll sample drinks that are as pretty as they are tasty. Order a few savoury bites - like the delicious to munch on as you sip and enjoy the laidback American tunes that often take over the speakers.
