Wimbledon's women's tennis players looked stunning at the annual WTA event...
The Women’s Tennis Association hosted its annual pre-Wimbledon party at The Kensington Roof Gardens to celebrate the championship kick-off on 23rd June. A parade of athletes donning their best marched down the red carpet with one goal in mind: to take home the Wimbledon trophy.
Maria Sharapova, Laura Robson (who won't be competing due to a wrist injury), Venus and Serena Williams, and Ana Inanovic were just a few of the elite athletes who celebrated to start of the historic tennis event.
The women who work so hard on the courts made walking the red carpet look like a piece of cake.
If it were a competition, Sharapova, who just won her 5th Grand Slam at the French Open, would have picked up the prize for 'most dramatic entrance', stepping out of £700,000 green electric Porsche, driven by Formula 1 driver Mark Webber.
Inanovic would have snagged 'best-dressed', in a stunning floor-length gown by fellow Serbian, London-based designer, Roksanda Ilincic.
We wish all the competitors the best of at Wimbledon this year.
