Girls season 3 is nearly here, and we've got a first look at the brand new trailer to whet your appetite for all the tears, laughter and shoulder-shuddering drama to come…
The award-winning series left a huge hole in our lives when season 2 came to its dramatic close back in March. But HBO's newly-released trailer has left us itching for its return, as by the looks of things, it's shaping up to be one of the best series yet.
With the entire girl gang finally reunited after Jessa (played by Jemima Kirke)'s lengthy disappearance in the last series, it looks like the fiery foursome are set for some time out in the country as they escape New York city life for an hilarity-packed girls' retreat.
Here's hoping for plenty of man-bashing and friendship dissecting. And Lena Dunham twerking up against a gravestone. Well, did we expect anything less weird?
In other news, the ever-anxious Marnie (Allison Williams) seems to be working hard to try to forget her break-up with hunky Charlie (who has now left the show, sob) as she throws herself into a gruelling fitness regime.
There's also plenty of lingering romantic tension coming up between Shoshanna (Zosia Mamet) and Ray, who called time on their hurdle-ridden relationship at the end of season 2. Will the former flames end up reigniting their oh-so-adorable romance after all? We hope so.
