The pair - who married in Las Vegas earlier this year - had their marriage blessed in a ceremony at St Paul's Church in Woldingham, Surrey on Saturday.
But things soon turned ugly, and a scuffle broke out between security guards and photographers as Katie tried to climb into her car - a blacked out 'A-Team' style van.
And reports suggest a photographer was pinned to the ground by security by the scrum, after 'trying to enter Katie Price's car'.
A spokesman for the star revealed she was 'shaken' but not harmed by the events.

'She is understandably shaken and upset by the actions of these people but is now looking to enjoy the rest of her day with her close friends and family,' the official said.
Katie and Alex - who are not expected to release any photos of their big day, after arranging an exclusive deal with ITV2 - tried their best to foil snappers by booking multiple locations for the event.
But reports suggest guests, who included Danielle Lloyd, Michelle Heaton and Melinda Messenger, were treated to entertainment by a nine-strong team of drag queens, before Katie took to the stage herself, for a rendition of I Will Always Love You.
