Victoria Beckham showcased her sophisticated style as she went on a spree in the Big Apple
Victoria Beckham proved she’s quite the savvy businesswoman as she stepped out in serious style in New York over the weekend wearing her own designs – proof that sometimes there’s no better advert for her fashion label than wearing the clothes herself.
VICTORIA BECKHAM DARES TO BARE IN NEW YORK
Clad in a sleeveless camel coat from the Victoria Beckham label the designer du jour played with the voluminous trend adding wide legged trousers worn over tan wedges as she went shopping in the city on Saturday. The look was given further sophistication with a clutch, also from her collection, and the mother-of-four’s signature Aviator shades.
The ensemble is the latest addition to her NYC fashion portfolio where she’s regularly been wearing her own designs. On Friday she pounded the pavements in a black ensemble adding a monochrome finish with a white clutch from the Victoria Beckham label and shoes to match. The previous day she ventured out in a sepia blouse complete with a somewhat daring open slit on the chest although this was balanced out with a mid-calf skirt.

Victoria also relished the opportunity to play with the press’ perception of her, poking fun of her failure to smile. Last week she posted a photo on herself Twitter with the text: ‘Look, I’m smiling.’
