Kim Cattrall has weighed in on the latest Sex and the City rumours, suggesting a third film COULD happen.

Telling SATC fans exactly what they wanted to hear, Kim has admitted she would be more than willing to step back into Samantha Jones' glamorous shoes. 

Please, please, please.

'I feel the most important thing is always, do we have something left to say,' Kim Cattrall told ET Canada. 'I think it's about the story, if there's something more to say, [but] I'm not a writer and I don't work in a studio.

'For me, financially, it would be fantastic, for all of us. But I am really about content and where is it going to take me? Is there something left to say?'

Kim's exciting comments were made in response to Sarah Jessica Parker, who recently fuelled some serious Sex And The City rumours of her own.

'A part of me thinks there is one last chapter to tell…', she admitted. 'Timing is a peculiar thing. It isn't a decision that can wait forever.'

'I don't think (a third film) is a pipe dream, there is discussion', SJP said in an earlier interview with Haute Living magazine. 'People talk about it amongst the people who are the players, but I don't know if it will come together. It would be very exciting if it did.'

With Kim Cattrall and Sarah Jessica Parker keen for a third film, things are shaping up nicely for Sex and the City fans. Exciting.
