The trailer for Christopher Nolan's uber-mysterious space movie is finally out. We are excited.
In case you haven't yet heard about Interstellar, let us quickly fill you in: it's Christopher Nolan's mysterious space odyssey starring Matthew McConaughey and it has got a lot of movie types very excited.
What's interesting is that Nolan picked everyone's former rom-com favourite McConaughey as his lead before the McConaissance had even begun, leaving a lot of people scratching their heads. How's that for foresight, eh?
The film has been shrouded in mystery but now the first trailer has been released. What we know so far is that McConaughey is on a mission to save the world because Earth has run out of food. He leaves his kids behind and travels to space in search of somewhere else for humans to live. So far, so standard blockbuster.
But with Nolan's awe-inspiring special effects, and a star-studded cast including Anne Hathaway, Michael Caine, Jessica Chastain and Casey Affleck, Interstellar is due to be the must-see film of the year.
It's not due for release until November, but here's the first teaser. Get excited, people.
