Farrah Fawcett was laid to rest yesterday, as friends and family gathered in Los Angeles for a private funeral.
The service aptly took place at the Cathedral of Our Lady of the Angels in Los Angeles, where mourners were led by Fawcett's partner, Ryan O'Neal, and their son, Redmond.
Redmond, who is currently serving time in prison on drugs charges, was given special permission to attend the service, but was under the supervision of three policemen throughout the day.
The family was joined by an array of Fawcett's closest friends and colleagues, including Charlie's Angels co-star Kate Jackson and Alana Stewart, former wife of singer Rod Stewart.
The 62-year-old Charlie's Angel actress lost her battle with cancer last Thursday, with O'Neal at her side.
He announced her death to the world via a statement, which read, 'After a long and brave battle with cancer, our beloved Farrah has passed away.
