TAYLOR SWIFT AND HARRY STYLES' SECRET SMOOCH
Taylor Swift may be in the honeymoon period of a blossoming new relationship with Harry Styles - they've been spotted canoodling on a mini-break in the Lake District this week as Swift celebrated her 23rd birthday - but in her newly released video for the single I Knew You Were Trouble, from her album Red, Taylor is nursing some serious heartbreak.

In the new video, which debuted on MTV in the US yesterday, the singer ditches her feminine, girly dresses and pretty updos in favour of a more rock-'n-roll image, wearing a ripped tee and sporting a pink dip-dyed hairstyle, after waking up in a desert littered with trash after a rave.

'I knew the world moved too fast and burned too bright, but I just thought, "How can the devil be pulling you toward someone who looks so much like an angel when he smiles at you?" Maybe he knew that when he saw me. I guess I just lost my balance. I think that the worst part of it all wasn't losing him. It was losing me.'
Flashback scenes reveal intimate kisses and romantic drives, with Taylor wearing everything from a fedora hat to fringed and crochet knit jumpers which fall off-the-shoulder - as she falls deeper and deeper into the doomed relationship.
The singer told MTV that the video reflects 'some sort of corruption.'
'Good girl is living her life, going about her, you know, daily life and all of sudden she runs into this force. This guy is just like a force,' she said.
'She'll do anything to fit into his world, including change everything about herself.'
Let's hope life doesn't imitate art and that Taylor doesn't need to abandon her good-girl persona - and lovely dress sense - for 1D's Harry.
