Suri Cruise is possibly the most famous child in the world, with an enviably extravagant lifestyle, so how did the Hollywood youngster celebrate her sixth birthday?
Tom Cruise's daughter kept things simple with a trip to see the Broadway show Newsies with her doting mum, Katie Holmes.

The mother-daughter duo were papped by the hordes of waiting press as they left their Manhattan apartment, and an eyewitness tells US weekly the two had a blast at the theatre.
'Katie seemed happy that Suri was having a great time,' the source says. 'Suri loved the dance numbers... she was one of the first in the audience to start clapping along!' Last year, Holmes and Cruise treated their only child Suri to a plush tea party-themed bash at their home in Beverly Hills.
Holmes, 33, explained that they choose the theme because their daughter 'kind of likes to girl it up,' adding, '[Suri's birthday] is my favourite day of the year!'
