Rocketing up the list to number 26, Romeo saw off competition from Prince William, Jude Law and Dermot O’Leary – who all feature further down in the top 50.
But he couldn’t quite outdo dad David, who came in at number 16.
The mini style icon – who is thought to have signed a deal to create his own fashion label - was also named 'the celebrity of the future,' by the glossy, who commended his 'quirky' style.
'He's experimental, quirky and fun, and his style has nothing mini-me about it. It's me-me!' David Walker-Smith, menswear director at Selfridges, told the magazine.

Last year’s winner Robert Pattinson was demoted to fourth place, while Aaron Johnson, Douglas Booth and Skins actor Nicholas Hoult took the top three spots.
'Our list goes right down to a frighteningly tuned-in (and well-connected) eight-year-old, taking in anyone from actors, aristocrats and hip-hop artists to fashion designers and Formula One drivers along the way,' a spokesman for GQ revealed.
