It's not all sequins and salsa moves for the stars of Strictly Come Dancing this season - all of those hours spent perfecting dance sequences have taken a toll on the celebrities.
Singer Sophie Ellis-Bextor took a tumble... out of the studio. She was showing off her moves to her three children when she fell over.
'I thought I'd broken a bone in my foot demonstrating one of my dance moves to Sonny. I collided with Ray's cot,' the singer posted to her 90,000 Twitter followers. She later reassured fans, writing: 'It's not broken, just bruised. I am an idiot though.'
Meanwhile, Casualty star Patrick Robinson is already wearing knee supports after suffering from sore joints. His partner, Anya Garnis, isn't immune to injury just because she's a professional, either - she's already suffered from an infected toe, sustained after she hurt her foot during a training sesh.
Coronation Street's Natalie Gumede is also suffering after intensive six-hour-a-day workouts and has been seeing a physio for knee pain and hip tension.
