In case you were wondering how RiRi felt when she found out about her prestigious fashion honour, this pretty much sums it up.

Rihanna is used to be people fawning all over her - but that doesn't mean she doesn't get excited when she gets recognised for her awesomeness.

It was announced recently that the singer will be honoured with the Fashion Icon Award at the 2014 CFDA Awards. It took her a little while to respond, but RiRi has now made it clear that she's properly stoked about the achievement.

On Thursday night she took to Instagram to share some screengrabs of the news. She captioned the pic: 'CFDA Fashion Awards 2014 Fashion. Icon. #FromTheLeftSideOfAnIsland #Blessings #idothisfashionshitforfun.'

And in case that didn't make it clear how she felt, she provided a video to sum up her feelings. 'Me when I found out about the CFDAs... #iconic,' she wrote.
