Selena Gomez and The Weeknd - or Abel Tesfaye as his friends probably call him - made their relationship 100% official when they stepped onto the Met Gala red carpet together last month. It may still be early doors, but some fans are convinced that their love was written in the stars due to the fact that the couple are quite literally identical to Selena's own parents.
But despite only recently getting their PDA game on, the couple are reportedly making some serious commitments to each other in the form of a musical collaboration.
In today's digital age, we might confirm a relationship by uploading a picture of our new OH onto Instagram (what says 'we're serious' more than a permanent etching on your carefully curated social media feed?) but it seems the celebs like to go that one step further and carve their love into the musical canon.
Eagle-eyed fans noticed that songwriter Max Martin's Wikipedia page lists The Weeknd under Selena's upcoming single, In Her Element.
Other celebrities Selena is tipped to have worked with are Nicki Minaj and Julia Michaels, but it's her collaboration with Abel that has her most loyal followers excited.
