Teen singing sensation Selena Gomez has finally spoken out after being rushed to hospital with a mystery illness last week, revealing she was 'malnourished' and 'exhausted'.

The youngster was reportedly sent to a private hospital suffering with nausea and a severe headache following an appearance on Jay Leno’s US chat show.
Reports suggested the star could have been suffering from food poisoning, while many speculated the singer – who is currently dating 17-year-old Never Say Never star Justin Bieber – could be pregnant.
But after undergoing hospital tests, Selena has blasted rumours, instead revealing she was 'malnourished' and 'exhausted.'
‘I'm fine,’ the starlet told American magazine Us. ‘I was just very malnourished. I was low on iron and exhausted.’

It’s thought the Selena’s beau cancelled a trip to Vancouver's Rogers Arena – where he had booked a block of seats for friends – on hearing the news, Tweeting #getwellselena to fans.
But despite cancelling several planned appearance, Selena was quick to reassure fans she’s well on the way to recovery, and has been showered with ‘very lovely things from my family and friends.’
Taking to Twitter, the starlet thanked followers for being ‘so understanding,’ adding 'I’m feeling much better.’
