When it comes to celebrities, they're usually quite happy to try out some very bizarre things in the name of health and wellness (we're looking at you and your $200 Moon smoothies, Gwyneth Paltrow). And forget slogging it out at the gym for hours to get a Gal Gadot-inspired Wonder Woman body - Adele claims that cutting out this one thing made her heaps healthier.
But one A-lister who is most certainly not about the diet life is Selena Gomez. She recently admitted that if someone tried to put her on one that they wouldn't be working with her anymore. Yes, Queen.
And so when it comes to her fitness regime, she's also not keen on limiting herself with repetitive work outs. Her trainer and nutritionist, Amy Rosoff Davis, revealed to Byrdie that Selena likes to switch things up in the gym.
She said: 'If you keep your same old routine, you will most likely get bored and wind up skipping the gym. [Selena and I] do everything from Pilates to hiking to dance cardio to circuit training to yoga and spinning—the list goes on.'
However, the one thing that Selena does to stay in shape that we can all do (whether you're a gym-goer or not) is... not weighing herself.

'I am not a fan of weighing yourself. I think it breeds obsessive thoughts and behaviours,' Amy admitted.
'If you work out and eat healthy, your body should do the rest! I prefer the jean test. You know how your trousers fit, so go off of that instead of a number. What does it even mean to weigh a certain number, right?'
