The 3 bed, 3 bath penthouse (see the floorplan and all the pictures in the gallery above) boasts stunning feature fireplaces, parquet flooring and an incredible terrace with views of the Manhattan skyline.
The actress isn't leaving NY for good though, she’s still got a house in Gramercy Park, which she's currently renting out while staying in LA.
We think the balcony may be the best bit - imagine the Insta-worthy dinner parties you could have sat out here.
Earlier this year, Julia put her Hawaiiholiday home on the market(clearly she's having a re-jig of her portfolio) and true to form, her Greenwich Village abode carries the same style of cool, clean decor throughout.
There are no diva walk-ins, helipads or gilded hot tubs. All of Julia's properties are gorgeous - subtle yet luxurious with modern sculptures and artistic fixtures as accents. And for that reason, this is one celebrity house we could really see ourselves living in.
