The Girl Aloud has called off the wedding and ended her romance with Tom Crane
Sarah Harding has called off her engagement to Tom Crane and ended their relationship.
The Sun reported that the Girl Aloud ended things after visiting her beau in Ibiza last week, where he has been working all summer as a DJ.
A source revealed to the paper: 'Sarah and Tom had a huge bust-up and told each other the wedding is off. Although they've always managed to patch things up in the past, it's worse than anything they've gone through before.
'They've always had a volatile relationship but this time it's far worse' the source added. 'It's a shame as they do really love each other but pals can't see how there can be a way back from this.'
Tom later confirmed that the pair had parted ways, taking to his Twitter account to post the message, 'Sarah and I have decided to take a break. I have nothing else to say. '
The DJ popped the question while on holiday in the Maldives on New Year's Eve and after getting down on one knee, couldn’t wait to share the happy news, taking straight to Twitter to surprise fans.
'A late happy new year to you all... I feel like the luckiest man in the world!!!' he Tweeted.
The pair began dating back in 2007 and split briefly in 2008, only to reunite later that year.
